When I got Thunder, I thought he was horribly designed, but with a lot of potential. So I revamped the set and customized his arms and legs, leaving his torso alone. So, tell me what you think, click on the picture below to go to my MoC's site :)

Looks way better than Lego's cut-rate design.
It's good, but bionicle Moc's will forever be better
